Refund policy

1. **Situations Where Returns and Exchanges Are Not Supported:** Returns and exchanges are not accepted for issues not related to product quality (such as subjective feelings that the style does not meet expectations, color differences, or size discrepancies).

2. Items damaged, stained, or missing accessories due to improper storage or use by the customer are not eligible for return or exchange.

3. Requests submitted after the 7-day return/exchange period (from the date of receipt) will not be accepted.

4. Due to the manufacturing process and inherent randomness of blind box products, some "official defects" caused by production processes, design specifications, or industry standards, such as uneven dyeing, minor scratches, minor paint peeling, and small air bubbles, are considered normal manufacturing defects officially recognized and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or repairs. (The final decision regarding quality issues rests with the seller).

5. We will do our best to package the goods properly, but due to international shipping, we cannot guarantee that the packaging will arrive 100% intact. Please clarify: Any damage to the outer packaging is due to the courier company's handling during transportation and is beyond our control; therefore, returns and exchanges will not be accepted.

II. **Situations Where Returns and Exchanges are Supported:**
1. **Unopened Goods:** Within 7 days of receipt, if the product packaging is intact, undamaged, unstained, and all accessories are complete, a no-reason return or exchange can be requested (return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility).

2. **Product Quality Issues:** Within 7 days of receipt, if non-human-caused quality issues are found (such as breakage, deformation, missing parts, printing errors, etc.), a return or exchange can be requested. Please provide a complete unpacking video (clearly showing the courier packaging, tracking number, unpacking process, and details of product damage) and the order number so we can verify and process after-sales matters. Otherwise, the request will not be accepted.

III. **Return and Exchange Process:**
1. **Application:** Submit a return or exchange application through the order page, stating the reason for the application and relevant supporting documents (photos/videos are required for quality issues). 2. Review: We will review your application within 3 business days. Once approved, you will be informed of the specific processing method and return address.

3. Return: You must return the goods to the designated address within 7 days of approval (please retain the tracking number for tracking purposes).

4. Acceptance and Processing: After receiving the returned goods, we will inspect them within 3 business days. If they meet the return/exchange conditions:

Return: A refund will be processed using the original payment method. The arrival time depends on the payment platform's rules.

Exchange: After confirming inventory, we will send you a replacement item as soon as possible. We will provide the tracking number after shipment.

  • Damaged Upon Arrival: If your display box arrives damaged due to shipping, please take photos/videos within 48 hours and contact us for a free replacement or partial refund.

  • 14-Day Return Window: We offer a 14-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging.

  • Restocking Fee & Shipping: Due to the high shipping costs of industrial collection pods, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Pack of 4 (Full Set): For the Full Set ($139.99), we do not accept partial returns. The entire set must be returned in original condition to qualify for a full refund.
