1. Delivery Time Total Delivery Time = Processing Time (1-3 business days) + Shipping Time (7-15 business days). Note: For pre-order items, shipping will follow the arrival date stated on the product page.
2. Shipping Rates We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $60.00 USD. Please note: Due to logistics processing, items from separate orders cannot be combined for shipment, and shipping fees for separate orders are non-refundable. Thank you for your understanding.

4. Customs & Inspections International shipments are subject to customs inspection, which is beyond our control. Inspection times vary based on the destination country's policies and procedures. Any delays caused by customs are not included in the initial shipping estimate.
